Privacy Policy

Your quotes, customers, and price book live on your device and in your own iCloud backup if you have it enabled. We do not run an account system, and we do not have a copy of your quotes. The only data that reaches us is what you deliberately send through the contact form on this website.

When you build a quote, the app saves the details you enter — customer name and contact information, property address and access notes, room measurements, selected cleaning tasks, and pricing. This information is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. If you use iCloud, Apple may back it up under your own Apple account, governed by Apple's terms rather than ours.

Room scans use your device's LiDAR sensor and camera to estimate dimensions. Scan measurements are saved with the quote on your device. The app does not upload scans, photos, or measurements to us.

When you export a quote to PDF or email it, that document is created on your device and sent using your own email app or share sheet. We are not a party to that message and do not receive a copy.

If you fill out the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit so we can reply. That message is delivered to our support inbox through our email provider, Resend. We use it only to respond to you and to improve the product, and we do not sell it.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. We never see your card number or full billing details — Apple handles payment and shares only the subscription status needed to unlock the app.

Because your quotes are stored on your device, you can delete them at any time inside the app, or remove everything by deleting the app. To have a contact-form message deleted from our support inbox, email us and we will remove it.

CleanQuotes is a tool for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

If we make a meaningful change to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, note the change in the app or on this page.
